We are selective. Most people who join us have never worked in finance -- and that's fine. What we look for is integrity, work ethic, genuine care for people, and the drive to see something through. If you have those things, we can teach you the rest.

I'm Rafael -- Founder of ELITE Unlimited Financial Group and Regional Vice President with PRI Advisors, licensed across all 50 states.

I grew up with nothing. I know what it feels like to work hard and still feel financially stuck -- because nobody ever explained how any of it works. Financial services changed my life -- not because it was easy, but because the credentials are real, the mission is meaningful, and what we do actually matters to the families we serve.
